Role Overview
- Proactively identify and qualify upsell opportunities within a dedicated client base to drive revenue growth.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies using industry-leading tools like Salesloft and Salesforce.
- Act as a subject matter expert for clients, particularly those within the engineering and technology industries.
- Maintain a high volume of activity while ensuring meticulous data accuracy and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to refine processes and exceed collective KPIs.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
- Based in the United Kingdom or Europe with the ability to work UK/CET timezones.
- Proven experience in a sales, account management, or delivery-focused role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving, structured environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to influence stakeholders.
- Immediate availability to start (Target date: June 3rd).
- Prior experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR) within the SaaS or Engineering sectors.
- Technical literacy or a background in engineering-related sales.
- Previous experience in high-level customer service or client management.
