Drive the performance of the Loan Processing team by ensuring loans move efficiently through the pipeline while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service
Create a more scalable and efficient operation by identifying opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology, and implement AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual effort and increase productivity
Develop and mentor a high-performing team that embraces accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while supporting Dominion's long-term growth objectives
Ensure complete, and accurate loans are produced
Manage a team of up to 8 Loan Processors
Verify that loan document integrity is maintained throughout the entire loan processing operation
Ensure all loan files are in compliance with Dominion Financial Services LLC’s standards
Manage and resolve any escalated issues that arise within your team
Ensure your team remains informed on any changes in guidelines or procedures
Develop an understanding of all procedures and work as a “hands on” manager within your team
Drive and ensure staff performance goals are met
Support senior management in developing, and executing strategic plans
Assist with directing loan processing to ensure targets, and objectives are met
Manage daily production reports and staff work volume; adjust assignments to meet fluctuating workloads
Continuously look for opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the borrower experience
Utilize company-provided AI technologies, including Claude with unlimited token access, as a regular part of daily responsibilities to improve efficiency, automate administrative tasks, enhance communication, support decision-making, and continuously optimize business processes
Contribute ideas that help the team scale effectively while maintaining a high standard of service and risk management
Assist with the training and development of your team
Requirements
7+ years of Loan Processing experience
5+ years of management experience
Prior experience processing DSCR Loans
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office
Prior Salesforce experience is a plus
Hard money lending experience is a plus
Analytical thinking skills to include summarizing information and identifying key elements, patterns, results and/or relationships
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Technically savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Prior experience with AI tools is a plus
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills
Advanced skills interpreting, applying and explaining written and oral regulations, and instructions
