Senior Accountant

Role Overview

• Prepare complex accounting analyses and reconciliations to support general ledger input
• Lead specialized functions such as budgeting, reporting, or special accounting applications
• Research and correct errors in the general ledger
• Provide financial modeling resources to special projects
• Prepare timely and accurate reports for state and federal agencies
• Maintain accurate financial databases
• Assist in budgeting and financial report interpretation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent
• 3-5 years in health care finance
• Strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills
• Proficient in computer applications and office desktop software
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple projects
• Excellent human relations, organizational and communication skills
