Role Overview
- Drive and/or support all aspects of spend performance
- Lead the SRM process with critical suppliers at senior executive level
- Ensure execution of category strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage complex contracts approval, administration, and compliance
- Develop and drive the category strategy in collaboration with internal partners
- Lead the process to identify the needs of R&D pipeline for material choices
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
- Certifications in CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, or equivalent are helpful
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Knowledge of complex Biologics and Large Molecule Drug Substance Manufacturing
