Lead the SRM process with critical suppliers at senior executive level
Ensure execution of category strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders
Systematically and efficiently manage complex contracts approval, administration, and compliance
Develop and drive the vision, strategy, and implementation plan
Manage the needs and expectations of the Business to drive satisfaction
Develop and maintain the strategic direction for the Procurement function
Lead the process to identify the needs of our NPI pipeline
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's / University or equivalent degree is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred and/or focused degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 8 of years of relevant work experience
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong business and financial acumen
Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to respond to changes in the external environment
Proficiency with one or more of the following core Procurement skills: Supplier Performance, Supply Market Analysis, Cost Modeling, Category Management, Procurement Strategy, and/or Procurement Excellence
Knowledge of complex Biologics and Large Molecule Drug Substance Manufacturing
