Assistant Director, Graduate and Global Recruitment

Role Overview

• Lead strategic outreach efforts that drive inquiries and applications across graduate, online, and international programs
• Manage a dedicated team and take ownership of graduate recruitment strategy, event programming, partnerships, and day-to-day operations across multiple campus locations
• Oversee the planning, logistics, and scheduling for on-campus events and webinars
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners across the university to support shared recruitment goals
• Supervise and support the graduate recruitment team, oversee travel schedules, and manage day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, education, communication, or a related field
• Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in recruitment, sales, marketing, event management, or enrollment management including at least three (3) years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with employers, corporate leaders, academic partners, and community professionals across a wide range of industries
• Ability to interpret recruitment data, identify patterns, and translate findings into decisions that improve strategy and performance
• Technology fluency with particular emphasis on Salesforce optimization, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, and a genuine interest in staying current as tools and platforms continue to grow in the field
