Junior Content Analyst

Role Overview

• Execute the editorial calendar for Leap Motors' social channels
• Manage influencer operations: curation, creative briefing, sending materials, monitoring posts and reporting
• Lead influencer operations with partners
• Provide support to the creative team for exceptional content needs across editorial sections
• Analyze engagement metrics and post performance
• Monitor productions and event coverage
• Track content trends on TikTok, Instagram and other platforms relevant to the automotive sector
• Support the supervisor in preparing reports and internal presentations

Requirements

• 3+ years in social media
• Hands-on experience with influencer management and/or UGC
• Strong writing skills and native-level command of social media language
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Marketplace and scheduling tools
• Analytical ability to interpret social metrics and reports
• Must have an active CNPJ (Brazilian business registration) and be available to start immediately for a freelance project of up to 2 months
