Define and lead sourcing strategies for Marketing categories (agencies, media, production, events, digital, research, etc.)
Manage competitive procurement processes (RFP, RFQ, RFI), ensuring competitiveness and technical quality of proposals
Lead negotiations with suppliers (agencies, media owners, production companies), ensuring the best cost-benefit outcome and risk mitigation
Act as a business partner to Marketing teams, supporting scope definition and contracting models
Manage contracts end-to-end (SLAs, price adjustments, renewals, amendments and terminations)
Perform financial analyses (benchmarks, savings, evaluation of media and production investments)
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procurement governance and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve efficiency and introduce innovation in contracting models
Develop and manage relationships with strategic suppliers across the marketing supply chain

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Solid experience in Strategic Procurement, preferably in Marketing or Services categories
Experience negotiating with:
Advertising agencies (full-service, digital, branding)
Media owners (online and offline)
Production suppliers (events, audiovisual, promotional materials)
Market research and specialized service providers
Technical knowledge:
Marketing contracting models (monthly retainer, project-based, success fee, media buying, production)
Strategic sourcing and category management
Financial analysis (benchmarking, savings calculation, proposal and investment evaluation)
Procurement tools and ERP systems (SAP, Ariba or similar)
Advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
