Manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for reconciling large volumes, ensuring process efficiency, accuracy of financial information, and support for business decision-making.
Coordinate operations to ensure the team meets deadlines and maintains the company’s financial flows.
Ensure the quality of financial information and management reports.
Develop and implement controls, KPIs, and reporting.
Support internal and external audits.
Build relationships with internal and external client areas.
Lead, develop and motivate the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience in Accounts Receivable processes.
Knowledge of accounting principles.
Previous experience in financial coordination roles, with leadership experience and managing large teams.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems — SAP preferred.
Differentials:
Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC).
Knowledge and experience with SAP (MM and FI modules).
Experience creating, analyzing, and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs).
Certification or knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt.
