We are looking for an early-career professional to work in the Shared Services Center (SSC), focused on ICMS ST reimbursement and tax routines.
Proven experience with ICMS ST, including calculation, control and reimbursement.
Manage ICMS ST reimbursement processes of higher complexity.
Ensure correct calculation, control and recovery of tax credits.
Review and validate reimbursement calculations performed by the team.
Track claims until their approval or offset with the tax authorities.
Analyze and monitor ICMS ST reimbursement processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
Ability to analyze and validate ICMS ST reimbursement calculations.
Experience delivering tax filings and ancillary obligations (SPED, CAT42, ADRCST, GIA, among others).
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and technical clarifications.
Assess the legal basis for reimbursement requests.
Ensure adherence to current legislation (ICMS ST, CAT42, state-specific rules).
Identify tax risks and propose adjustments or corrections.
Act preventively to avoid tax assessments.
Serve as a technical reference on reimbursements.
Guide mid-level and junior analysts in analyses.
Review team materials, calculations and deliverables.
Disseminate legislative updates and best practices in the area.

Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Intermediate Excel skills
Proactive, analytical profile with good communication and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and stay organized to meet deadlines
