Ensure the efficiency and continuous improvement of SLC Sementes' marketing and relationship activities
Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns (online/offline), with a focus on performance and continuous learning
Implement, monitor and optimize marketing automation flows, connecting campaigns, content and different stages of the customer journey
Manage nurture, relationship and engagement flows, ensuring message consistency, timing and segmentation
Design and oversee the development of automated flows in new channels, such as WhatsApp and other direct engagement tools
Define, monitor and analyze campaign, automation and journey KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention, etc.)
Conduct A/B tests on campaigns, flows, messages and communication approaches
Build performance reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Support media planning and budget allocation
Work collaboratively with Content and CX teams to optimize messaging, channels and experiences
Ensure organization, quality and reliability of the team's data.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related fields
Hands-on experience implementing and managing marketing automation flows, especially in RD Station
Experience designing and optimizing automated journeys, connecting campaigns, content and different funnel stages
Experience analyzing performance, metrics and KPIs for relationship campaigns
Ability to connect data, automation and communication to the customer experience
Nice to have: Experience with automations on WhatsApp or other engagement platforms; knowledge of BI, digital media or CRM.
