Plan and structure the coupon action calendar, taking into account seasonal dates, retail calendar and internal calendar;
Negotiate coupons and promotional conditions with the commercial team, ensuring alignment with campaign strategies;
Work cross-functionally with CRM teams, ensuring alignment and integration of actions;
Ensure alignment and validation of actions with Legal, guaranteeing compliance, risk management and adherence to internal policies;
Manage and monitor the budget for each action, ensuring investment control, efficiency and result optimization;
Analyze campaign data and results, generating insights for continuous optimization and supporting negotiations with the commercial team;
Prepare communication briefings and interface with the partner agency for campaign development;
Develop and operationalize coupon communication journeys in Salesforce;
Monitor, consolidate and report campaign results, focusing on performance and investment efficiency;
Support and follow up on improvements to coupon-related flows and journeys, both in channels and in tools.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields;
Knowledge of Salesforce, with a focus on Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud;
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification will be considered a plus;
Experience with BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau or similar) will be considered a plus;
Experience with CRM channels (email marketing, push, WhatsApp, among others);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (data analysis and manipulation) and PowerPoint (presentation creation);
Knowledge of data analysis and campaign performance metrics;
Familiarity with planning and executing promotional campaigns is a plus.
