Lead the planning and execution of product phase out activity, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure key deliverables are met to achieve phase out targets.
Liaise with commercial leads to understand the end to end lifecycle strategy for a portfolio and then execute the phase out activity for identified products.
Collaborate with Cross functional teams to ensure full phase out activity is complete both physically and in the system.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying and mitigating any issues or risks that may arise.
Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes.
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 7 years of experience leading projects/ programs or supporting a business with process improvements or Supply Chain planning / program management experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years listed experience
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
Experience with surgical technology or other medical devices
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, including scope, budget, timelines, and risk management
Strong Excel and data management skills, with the ability to build and maintain accurate spreadsheets, validate data, and produce clear, actionable reports. (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts)
Experience working with cross functional global teams
Experience in Supply Chain, Commercial, or Engineering projects
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
