You will advise our leaders in Germany and the Central & Eastern Europe region on all aspects of physical security, crisis management, threat analysis and travel security.
You will coordinate all security-related measures during crises and emergencies, support leaders in decision-making and ensure that processes and communication chains function effectively.
You will conduct regular site inspections, risk analyses and security reviews.
You will analyze security-related incidents and reports and carry out structured risk assessments (including threat assessments).
You will maintain a broad network of contacts — from Business, IT, Cyber Security, Travel, HR and Legal to authorities, diplomatic missions, security networks and intelligence services.
You will advise employees and leaders on travel risks, monitor geopolitical developments and ensure that trips are planned and carried out safely.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate security, protective/security services, government agencies or the armed forces — ideally in an international environment.
Practical experience in crisis and emergency management as well as physical security; experience with investigations, incident management or security assessments is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex, sensitive situations confidently, solution-oriented and discreetly.
High responsiveness and the ability to switch quickly between projects and priorities to meet time-critical tasks and to generate valuable insights through collaboration and communication.
Proficient with common Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High willingness to travel (approx. 40%), readiness to work outside regular office hours and to be reachable 24/7 as required by the role.
Very good English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
Industry-recognized local and international security certifications are a plus.
