Designs Training Courses for customers and ONTO service engineers
Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or ONTO service engineers
Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses
Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation
Works with engineering, technical support, and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features
Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions
Follows up to determine course material is current and relevant
Maintains training tool operational readiness and resolves any issues that may arise with the equipment during or outside of class
Must be willing to travel to field to provide OJT training, customer training and service engineer certification worldwide. Travel is based on demand and can be approximately 30-50%.
Requirements
Fluent English verbal & written is mandatory
TOEFL scores accepted
Minimum 5 years’ Previous Technical Training experience is desired
Candidate should be familiar with all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Power Point
Candidate familiar with video editing/processing software is desired
Candidate should be prepared to travel both domestically and internationally and have a current Passport or entry permission
