Client Relations Manager, B2C

Role Overview

• Manage a fixed portfolio of B2C clients
• Assist with legal-related matters (no legal advice required)
• Identify and resolve customer issues
• Proactively support and guide our customers
• Advise on appropriate solutions and services
• Work closely with our Legal and Backoffice teams

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (clear, calm, solution-oriented)
• Self-responsibility and entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience working with customers (support, sales or customer success)
• Ability to remain composed in difficult situations
• Goal-oriented work with focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
