Role Overview

• Handling customer emails via ticketing system
• Managing and following up with existing customers
• Phone support

Requirements

• Native German speaker
• Basic PC/computer skills
• Fully equipped home office (desk, chair, internet, laptop or PC, headset with noise-cancelling)
• Motivated and performance-oriented
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
