About this role
Role Overview
You handle customer inquiries via our support channels such as chat and phone, as well as during online appointments
You respond independently and promptly to customer inquiries
You identify customer needs and assist customers in using specific features
You analyze and report malfunctions
You report bugs, complaints, and customer requests to Development and to our Success team
Requirements
Initial experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in support, service, call center, or similar positions
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude with a proactive, friendly, and courteous manner
Goal-oriented, driven to solve problems, and able to think “out of the box”
Able to quickly learn and navigate new software
Flexible and resilient (able to work under pressure)
Excellent German language skills and good English skills
Some prior experience working with AI-assisted tools
