Role Overview
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications
- Implement technical product requirements and enhance existing systems
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of applications
- Contribute throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements
- Ensure timely tracking and resolution of development challenges
- Work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and operations
- Support team members and collaborate to deliver high-quality products
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Build and manage services using client-server architectures
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Ensure seamless integration with databases and APIs
Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, PHP, Node.js, or similar.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems
- Knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Exposure to AI/LLM tools across SDLC is a plus
- Engineering degree in Information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5 – 10 years of relevant experience as a backend developer.
