Build, manage, and evolve Power BI dashboards that inform operational and commercial decisions.
Lead the migration of existing Tableau dashboards to Power BI, ensuring like-for-like capability where appropriate and redesigning visualizations.
Work closely with the data warehouse team and business stakeholders to model data, write DAX, and implement best-practice governance so that reports are performant, trusted, and easy to use.

4–6 years of experience in BI development or data visualization, including hands-on Power BI.
Proven ability to build and manage production-grade dashboards (requirements through to publishing and support).
Strong DAX and Power Query (M) skills; comfortable modeling data for analytics.
Solid SQL skills for querying data warehouse tables and views; familiarity with dimensional modeling.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data in a clear, meaningful way.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Desirable: Experience migrating dashboards from Tableau to Power BI, including redesign where features differ.
Row-Level Security patterns and object-level security; familiarity with data governance.
Scripting with Python or R for data preparation and analysis
