Define and execute procurement strategies
Lead supplier selection and negotiations
Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance to improve performance
Reduce risk and support innovation across outsourcing categories in Europe
Analyze supply markets and identify suppliers that meet technical, operational, and commercial requirements
Manage supplier relationships to improve quality, delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement outcomes
Identify and mitigate supplier-related risks while monitoring quality, sustainability, and development KPIs
Contribute procurement expertise to cross-functional initiatives, supplier planning, and continuous improvement efforts

5–10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain project management
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret cost structures and data
Structured problem-solving and decision-making skills
A track record of delivering complex sourcing or procurement projects
Leadership and interpersonal skills
The ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A results-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership
Comfort working in a cross-functional and international environment
The confidence to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
Advanced Excel and cost-modeling capability
Familiarity with procurement and analytics tools such as Jaggaer and Power BI; experience with AI tools is a plus
Experience in industrial, electronics, or other technical product environments is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Professional procurement certification, such as CIPS, is a plus
