Support global sourcing strategies across indirect and SG&A and IT categories, including Information Technology (hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, telecom, IT services).
Execute sourcing initiatives at global, regional, and local levels, balancing global leverage with regional flexibility.
Analyze spend data across SG&A and IT categories to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFx development, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations in alignment with category strategies.
Support end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including negotiation support and commercial term alignment.
Serve as a trusted procurement partner to global and regional stakeholders.
Drive adoption of procurement policies, tools, and best practices across regions.
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management with indirect and SG&A categories and IT spend categories.
Experience supporting or leading RFx events and analyzing supplier proposals.
Strong understanding and knowledge of IT sourcing models (SaaS, cloud, managed services, software licensing) is a must.
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel required.
Solid understanding of indirect and SG&A sourcing models (services, subscriptions, project-based spend).
Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
Strong interpersonal and communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones.
Working knowledge of contract structures, supplier governance, and risk management.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Curious and continuous learner, particularly regarding IT markets and emerging technologies.
