Manage the IT Services department and set the strategic direction.
Provide support to the bank's senior management team and manage IT Service risk.
Oversee the performance of IT Services colleagues and implement departmental goals.
Relationship management with IT Services stakeholders and maintain quality of external services.
Development and implementation of policies and procedures for IT Services.
Monitor the financial performance of the IT Services department and drive business value.
Manage IT Services projects and integrate solutions for clients.
Advise stakeholders on functional and cross-functional areas of impact.

Experience in technology service management including incident, problem, and change management using the ITIL framework with ServiceNow.
Exceptional stakeholder management, data-driven problem solving, and the ability to negotiate and influence across cross-functional teams.
Subject matter expertise in at least one of: project management, risk & control, strategy & transformation, or resilience.
Experience in a Run the Bank (RTB) technology team.
