Support your immediate supervisor by helping develop business strategies aligned with Desjardins’s strategic priorities and the unit’s objectives
Ensure the quality of services and business relationships, and manage the member/client experience
Implement and monitor the action plan to achieve target results
Establish management and communication practices that promote talent acquisition and retention, team synergy, and change management, in keeping with Desjardins’s values
Lead, coach and motivate the team to develop skills, increase engagement and empower employees
Implement and develop a competitive, profitable service offering that includes partnerships with other organizational components to deliver an exceptional member/client experience
Ensure process efficiency and continuous improvement to enhance profitability
Promote the Desjardins brand and strengthen the organization’s presence in the community
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum of six years of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
Knowledge of French is required
