Role Overview
- Support student account operations by assisting with payment collection efforts for active students.
- Monitor outstanding balances and past-due accounts while maintaining accurate documentation related to collection activities.
- Provide support for inactive account collections and additional departmental projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma, or general education degree (GED).
- Prior Collections experience required.
- Minimum two (2) years financial aid or related experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
