About this role

Support the evolution of BAT’s digital platforms
Coordinate platform enhancements, driving deployments and migrations
Maintain governance and best practices, ensuring data accuracy and performance tracking
Collaborate with markets, brand teams, IT, legal team, and external partners
Monitor E-commerce performance and key commercial metrics
Assist in maintaining clear documentation and processes

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Data, or related field preferred
Experience in a commercial, performance-driven digital role
Exposure to sales, conversion optimisation, funnel metrics, and analytics tools such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics
Experience working with digital platforms/websites
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to track, monitor, and report on digital performance using analytics tools
Desirable: Exposure to A/B testing and customer journey optimisation
