Process program registrations received via fax, e-mail and phone on a daily basis
Ensure prompt updates to program database on an ongoing basis
Maintain effective communications with multiple external and internal customers
Maintain accurate electronic records of information regarding patient and program registrations, patient data, laboratory alerts, and requests for further information
Communicate with internal and external clients as deemed necessary
Assigned other duties and tasks as required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service / data entry role, in an office setting
Working experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare-related industries is an asset
College diploma or University degree in a related field
