Role Overview
Input and prepare life and critical illness insurance applications and contracts
Print, bind and assemble contracts, review and index all documents
Triage and prioritize emails from advisors and various internal/external sources
Prepare, package, and mail medical information and letters
Maintain accuracy and productivity of 98% or better
Conduct daily research to identify gaps and potential issues
Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Bilingual (French & English)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Proven keyboarding skills with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
Strong written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of work
