Assist with customer service and contract billing, including customer communication via phone and email
Process contract terminations, including early terminations
Support projects and developments within the Operations department
Prepare reports and presentations
Assist with preparing and delivering training sessions
Maintain recurring task lists and ensure systematic workflow

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Ideally, experience in leasing, fleet management, rental services, or similar areas
Some customer service experience is a plus
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Communicative and solution-oriented
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
