Supports small sales market client accounts by building and maintaining strong relationships.
Assists in identifying and driving growth opportunities within existing accounts and converting business from competitors.
Coordinates and collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests and projects.
Tracks data and account performance metrics within CRM or other systems.
Manages the client pipeline of opportunities and leads, ensuring data is current and generates reports.

Bachelor’s degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
1-2 years in related role, providing day-to-day support to team and customers.
Strong time management, prioritizations, and organization skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers at all levels.
Experience developing relationships by listening, understanding, and providing solutions that result in high customer satisfaction.
