Train partners at points of sale, building commercial relationships with accounts (dealerships: sales manager, salesperson and, when possible, director);
Periodically map market practices and share findings with the team;
Conduct regular meetings with partners to present results and planned initiatives;
Develop campaigns in cooperation with partners;
Provide and regularly review tools for calculating OL offers;
Provide technical support to partners;
Regularly analyze competitor developments;
Collaborate with other team members;
Provide training to dealership sales teams;
Act as support representative for the b2b2e product;
Create and develop long-term commercial relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, commerce and/or engineering;
Experience in fleet sales or in a manufacturer’s captive bank/finance division or an OEM rental/lease company;
Minimum 3 years' experience as a salesperson/account manager with proven field success (preferred);
Proficiency in MS Office;
Knowledge of the rental/lease market is an advantage;
English is a plus (conversational, for phone calls and emails);
Knowledge of the automotive industry and rental sector, including awareness of competitors and market trends;
Commercial skills with the ability to present, persuade and negotiate; empathy required;
Good understanding of basic economic indicators and analytical thinking;
Category B driver’s license; willingness to travel frequently for work;
Ability to solve problems and communicate effectively;
Professional with a proactive, responsive attitude and a sense of ownership.
