Provides strategic leadership for agronomic education, event programming, and content development
Owns the strategy, planning, execution oversight, and continuous improvement of agronomic education programs, product guides, agronomic communications, and industry event participation
Works in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Agronomy, Product Management, and Supplier Partners
Ensures agronomic messaging is aligned, accurate, commercially relevant, and delivered consistently across internal and external channels
Aligns closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing Strategy Manager
Collaborates and directs the Events Marketing Specialist
Delivers high-quality events, educational programming, and agronomic marketing outcomes that support business growth
Combines strategic thinking, agronomic understanding, project leadership, and content stewardship to strengthen market presence and customer value proposition
Requirements
University degree in business, marketing, agronomy, plant sciences, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing, agronomy, sales, business development, or related disciplines, preferably in agriculture
Strong understanding of agronomic communication and educational programming
Demonstrated project leadership across multiple stakeholders and initiatives
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning capability
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
