Role Overview
- Lead and oversee the maintenance of critical renewals data and workflows
- Manage and govern internal case queue(s)
- Drive decisions and act as a key escalation point to assess issues
- Identify process needs and drive future state solutions
- Champion data quality improvement initiatives
- Leverage AI, Slack, Python, data, and other tools to automate workflows
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date process documentation
- Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years in Renewals/Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, SOQL, and Python
- Expertise in CRM platforms and renewal processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required
