Layout, Installation, Detail drawings, Hazardous area classification.
Interpret and comply with drafting standards, document management systems, quality control procedures, client standards & specifications, local and international standards.
Communicate with engineers in understanding job requirements and interpreting engineering notes.
Provide service across a range of Power, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control disciplines so a broad engineering knowledge is an advantage.
Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, RedEye, Trello.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation & Control Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5-7 years’ relevant experience in Mining/Water/Industrial/Oil & Gas industry.
Experience in AutoCAD, Design & Drafting – required.
Experience in Power System Analysis – nice-to-have.
Experience in PLC/HMI/SCADA programming – nice-to-have.
Experience in Hazardous area classification – nice-to-have
Experience in Commissioning, FAT – nice-to-have.
Professional license – nice-to-have.
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Acute attention to detail and appreciation for quality in design documentation.
Excellent computer skills.
