Partner across the organization in developing tools and supporting data infrastructure to meet reporting and analytics capability demands
Deliver insights into business performance and develop predictive analytics that inform strategic decision-making
Collaborate with business leaders, technology partners, and data teams to advance analytics strategy
Contribute to data governance routines and ensure availability of trusted, timely data to enhance consistency, execution, and decision quality across the enterprise

5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Finance, or similar analytical roles
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Demonstrated experience in data analytics, data visualization, and data preparation using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx
Experience with Snowflake and Alation strongly preferred
Working knowledge of SQL and core database concepts
Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Experience presenting insights to peers, managers, and executives
Interest in or exposure to AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning concepts
A passion for working with large and diverse data sets
Ability to translate data into concise, tailored insights that drive clear actions
Curiosity and comfort experimenting with new tools and approaches
A continuous improvement mindset, always seeking more effective ways to leverage data
A commitment to building solutions that balance quality, scalability, and speed
A pragmatic approach — knowing when to prioritize pace over perfection and when precision matters
