Create engaging, learner-centered eLearning experiences
Develop interactive eLearning modules and microlearning assets
Translate instructional design briefs and product requirements into storyboards and scripts
Produce multimedia elements and conduct content reviews
Publish and maintain courses in the LMS
Collaborate with subject matter experts and analyze learner feedback
Use AI-assisted authoring tools for efficient content creation
Document authoring standards and support live virtual sessions

2–4 years of professional experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a related role
Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
Practical knowledge of instructional design principles, learning objectives, and assessment design
Experience publishing and managing content in an LMS and understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards
Basic multimedia skills (audio recording/editing, image handling)
Strong written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
