Facilitate the interface between clients and HealthBit, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring the implementation and execution of health action plans;
Identify opportunities for health promotion, reduction of morbidity, costs and claims within the served client portfolio, proposing and implementing actions accordingly;
Develop, implement and monitor health promotion initiatives focused on well-being, quality of life and reduction of health issues;
Manage requests for reports, analyses, newsletters, events, lectures and health programs;
Prepare indicator reports together with the data analyst and present them in health committees/KPI meetings;
Produce descriptive health analyses and follow-up program reports;
Monitor health status and prepare health profile reports;
Ensure compliance and the financial balance of HBit clients' medical accounts by performing account analyses, preparing technical dossiers for health claims, evaluating high-complexity claims, issuing technical opinions and validating procedures according to clinical guidelines, protocols and ANS regulations;
Conduct hospital visits for competitor audits;
Manage severe cases, discharge planning, home care and hospitalization authorizations, proposing appropriate actions.
Requirements
Experience in audits and relationship management with health plan operators
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (nursing, nutrition, pharmacy, physiotherapy)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Bernardo do Campo, SP
Active professional registration/license (as applicable)
