About this role

Create and monitor key indicators (KPIs) for the main groups of the income statement (P&L);
Perform variance analyses of budget deviations and propose corrective actions;
Prepare supporting materials and executive presentations for monthly closing meetings;
Prepare the annual budget, participating in meetings with package managers and proposing improvements and adjustments;
Work with IT and business areas to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering;
Experience with the monthly results closing process (income statement / P&L) and budget preparation;
Advanced Excel;
Advanced PowerPoint;
Critical thinking;
Effective communication;
Interpersonal skills (ability to work well with the team and other departments);
Proactivity to seek solutions together with business areas and IT.
