Role Overview
- Perform monthly revenue calculations according to contracts and established business rules with clients;
- Validate and consolidate operational information for billing composition;
- Perform reconciliation and calculation of financial measurements related to service delivery;
- Analyze and validate calculations of hours worked, headcount (HC), positions of attendance (PA), calls handled, tickets processed and other operational indicators used for billing;
- Prepare calculation workpapers and financial statements to support collections;
- Ensure correct application of contractual assumptions, SLAs, adjustments, volumetrics and billing criteria;
- Participate in the invoice approval process with clients, conducting alignments, clarifications and resolution of discrepancies;
- Manage different billing models, including charges by HC, PA, productivity, calls, tickets, productive hours, recurring services and specific demands;
- Support operational and commercial teams in the financial interpretation of contracts;
- Develop and automate management controls, reports and financial monitoring databases;
- Perform critical revenue analyses, billing variances and financial impact assessments;
- Monitor financial and operational indicators related to revenue;
- Participate in monthly closings and provide support for internal and external audits;
- Ensure document organization and traceability of information used in billing.
Requirements
- Education level compatible with the position (see “Annex I
- Career Guide” in the Remuneration Policy);
- Not be participating in another selection process;
- For Group A: must not have declined a promotion in the last 3 months;
- Must not have been rejected for the same position in the last 30 days;
- Meet the minimum required time in the role and since hire, according to the Remuneration Policy;
- For operational positions:
- No disciplinary measures (warning/suspension) in the last 4 months;
- Be in the Diamond, Gold or Silver groups for the last 3 closed months (excluding the current and previous month);
- For management positions: no suspensions in the last year.
