Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, computer science, or related field
- 2-4 years management experience
- 10 years work experience in IT or relevant operational department
- Strong background in planning and designing complex workflows
- Excellent customer relations support of information systems
- Proficient in business/office applications such as Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote
- Working knowledge of networking and healthcare revenue cycle operations
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
