Support RFQs and Tenders to grow existing products and expand share in underserved regions and segments.
Introduce new SKU variants to better align with customer needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Strong product management or relevant experience in the refrigerants (or similar) industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
