About this role
Role Overview
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Consumer Health customers
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on Consumer Health/OTC brands where Catalent is not yet present
Lead product and commercial proposals, quotations and negotiations
Coordinate daily operational topics with internal teams (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality)
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
Ensure professional, reliable and consistent customer communication
Attend tradeshows, exhibitions and congresses across EMEA
Travel within EMEA to support business development activities
Lead the entire sales cycle from initial cold outreach and "door-opening" to qualification and final contract closing
Stay ahead of industry trends in the regions to identify new niches and competitive advantages
Requirements
Proven track record of successfully winning new business in a competitive B2B environment
5 to 10 years of commercial experience in Consumer Health, Pharma, or Healthcare
Experience in a CDMO setting is a distinct advantage
Deep knowledge of the customer landscape in France & MEA; an existing network in these markets is highly desirable
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex, long-cycle sales processes within a matrix organization
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior customer stakeholders
Fluency in French and English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus
