Drive the product roadmap for the contributor vertical and the ad intelligence products within scope — the analytics products and query agent that turn Guideline's spend data into intelligence agencies and media companies act on.
Own the contributor vertical as a product problem — understand what creates onboarding friction, what drives attrition, and what makes a contributor expand their relationship with Guideline.
Build to address all three.
Own the scalability of the contributor stack — the ingestion infrastructure and data quality gates that determine whether Guideline can grow the contributor pool without compounding the problems that come with it.
Set the data quality standard — define what clean contributor data looks like, build the mechanisms that catch problems before they reach downstream products, and hold that bar as a product commitment.
Make it dramatically easier to become a Guideline contributor — the portal experience, onboarding workflows, and partner processes should turn a drawn-out integration into a competitive advantage.
Work directly with the CPO on ad intelligence product strategy and contributor growth; bring the client and market insight that connects platform decisions to product outcomes.
Build and deploy AI agents and skills as a routine part of the job.
Requirements
10–14 years in product management with real depth in ad intelligence products — media measurement, spend data, or data products in ad tech or media.
Has owned a product that external clients build workflows around — understands what quality commitments mean for retention and what delivery failures cost.
Has the platform depth to own a major infrastructure build — can engage credibly with engineering on data architecture, ingestion design, and quality methodology without being an engineer.
Experience with contributor, supplier, or data partner relationships — knows that network quality is a product problem, not a business development problem.
Operates at Director scope as an IC — earns influence through quality of thinking and earned credibility, not authority.
Builds and deploys AI agents and skills as part of everyday work; a baseline at this level, not a differentiator.
