About this role

Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure
Manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and regulatory requirements
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and reporting
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability
Lead the budgeting process and quarterly forecasting updates
Monitor and analyze budget performance and implement corrective actions as necessary
Provide detailed financial analysis and modelling to support strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for financial governance
Partner with the executive team to develop long-term financial strategies

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance
At least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in the technology or blockchain industry
