Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and close.
Develop strategic account plans and drive expansion within existing customer accounts.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
Mentor and support junior sales and business development personnel as needed.

Prepare and present business forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Contribute to pricing strategies, proposal development, contract negotiations, and commercial terms.

Requirements
Eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance
US Citizenship required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
15–20+ years of progressive experience in business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or related commercial leadership roles.
Demonstrated success in achieving significant revenue growth and closing complex, high-value deals.
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies in competitive markets.
Experience working with executive-level decision makers and managing strategic customer relationships.
Proven ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
