Manager, Brand Strategy

Role Overview

• developing and managing innovative marketing strategies to grow the reach of our brands
• translating brand strategy into audience, platform, and fandom engagement strategies
• synthesizing audience insights, fan feedback, and marketplace trends into actionable strategic recommendations
• documenting and communicating brand and genre priorities across teams
• developing and socializing strategic briefs that inform integrated marketing campaigns
• spotting white space and emerging opportunities before they hit the mainstream

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in brand marketing
• Proven record of planning and executing brand activations/campaigns
• Self-starter comfortable with carving new paths
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Test & learn mindset and willingness to take risks
• Ability to translate consumer insights into action
• Fluency with AI tools and automation techniques
