Responsibility for the global planning and governance of international rollouts, including developing a clear rollout strategy and roadmap.
Establish an effective rollout governance framework, ensure alignment with program governance, and enforce compliance with global standards, templates and timelines across all regions and systems.
Lead fit-gap workshops during the localization phase, document local requirements, assess the global impact of requested changes, and closely coordinate with product and release management to align with the release cycle.
Work closely with regional teams to coordinate workload and rollout activities, develop country-specific rollout playbooks, and participate in PI planning events to ensure localization impacts are properly addressed.
Execute change management activities in the respective rollout markets and proactively escalate risks, blockers and critical issues to the program lead.
Requirements
Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
Several years of experience in the HR technology environment with solid expertise, ideally including SuccessFactors implementations.
Familiarity with end-to-end HRIS deployments and hands-on experience managing rollouts across multiple countries; knowledge of global HR operating models is a major plus.
Strong communication skills to present complex topics clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders and audiences.
Confident working across functions, with strong project management and leadership skills; ability to drive initiatives and influence stakeholders effectively, and willingness to travel for project-related needs if required.
