Role Overview
- You will become ALB's reference contact in your area.
- Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unusual homes...).
- Management: Run your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relations with owners and guests).
- Freedom: Organize your own time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / field work).
Requirements
- Persuasive: You know how to convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and your commitment to doing a good job are what matter.
- Autonomous: You want flexibility in your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
