Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of work experience in Marketing Research, Consumer/Shopper Insights, and/or Experience Insights
- Extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Proficient with conducting DIY research
- Familiarity with DIY research providers (e.g., Fuel Cycle, Qualtrics)
- Experience working with internal and external consumer data sources
- Strong experience with synthesizing data from multiple sources
- Ability to craft a compelling narrative from insights
- Experience with ongoing consultation to infuse consumer centered thinking into decision making
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
