Provide overall leadership, management, and operational oversight for all BOSS contract activities at PSAB
Maintain full responsibility for contract execution, personnel management, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, and quality performance across all supported service areas
Serve as the primary liaison between KBR and Government leadership, including the COR, ACO, and functional commanders
Ensure all operations are executed in accordance with the PWS, AFCAP V requirements, host nation laws, USAF regulations, and applicable safety and environmental standards
Lead and enforce a ZERO Harm safety culture while ensuring compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements
Direct daily operations supporting Civil Engineering, Food Services, Recreational Services, Linen and Laundry Operations, Fitness Center Operations, and other mission support functions identified within the PWS
Oversee execution of the Task Order Management Plan (TOMP), mobilization plans, demobilization plans, staffing matrices, transition activities, and operational reporting requirements
Manage staffing accountability, workforce planning, subcontractor coordination, and personnel readiness requirements, including SPOT accountability and deployment tracking
Ensure all required reports, CDRLs, staffing reports, quality documentation, and operational updates are submitted accurately and on time
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance with performance objectives and customer satisfaction requirements
Coordinate emergency response activities, operational recovery actions, and contingency support requirements as necessary
Ensure all LN/OCN escort and monitoring requirements are executed in compliance with AFCENT escort program requirements and local security procedures
Maintain accountability of Government Furnished Property (GFP), contractor-managed property, equipment inventories, and operational assets
Support transition, mobilization, and demobilization activities while ensuring uninterrupted mission support capability
Be available within four (4) hours to meet on-site with Government representatives when required
Requirements
Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance
Ability to maintain operational continuity across rotations and work within Government-led governance rhythms
Minimum ten (10) years of experience related to overseas contingency operations, base operations support, installation support services, or large-scale government operations management
Previous experience managing multi-functional operations in austere or deployed environments strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of USAF operations, AFCAP programs, contingency logistics, facilities management, and performance management
Demonstrated experience supervising large, diverse workforces, including subcontractor and multinational personnel
Strong understanding of safety, quality control, force protection, and operational compliance requirements
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and customer engagement skills.
Ability to manage high operational tempo environments and rapidly changing mission requirements
Proven leadership experience supervising teams in high-tempo environments
Bachelor’s Degree from accredited four-year college
Candidates must also meet CENTCOM theater requirements.
